Manufacturing Defects
A replacement request must be submitted within 48 to 72 hours of receiving the order and is accepted only when the product has a suspected manufacturing defect.
Inspection
The product must be inspected by Karma Scent or an authorized party. A replacement is approved after the inspection confirms that the issue is a manufacturing defect.
Conditions
Please keep the product, accessories and packaging available for inspection. Damage caused by misuse, incorrect installation, accidents, breakage, unauthorized repair or normal wear is not considered a manufacturing defect.

Contact Karma Scent through the Contact Us page and provide the order details, phone number, a description of the issue and clear photos or video where possible.
