Warranty Period
Karma Scent devices include a one-month warranty starting from the date the customer receives the product.
What the Warranty Covers
The warranty covers confirmed manufacturing defects. The product will be inspected before any repair or replacement decision is made.
What the Warranty Does Not Cover
The warranty does not cover misuse, accidental damage, breakage, liquid damage, incorrect electrical supply, unauthorized repair, modification, failure to follow operating instructions or normal wear.
